Cookies and Cream Delight

Our take on an Oreo cookie! Instead of chocolate and cream in the middle, we crumble vegan cookies and cream biscuits and mix them into the batter so their taste runs deep in the cookie. Drizzle some bigger bits on the top and we present our cookies and cream delight.
