Neapolitan Butter Cream Sandwich

Following the success of our first cookie sandwich, we set out to see what other sandwiches we could make. Hence the creation of our vegan buttercream. With this tasty weapon in hand, we decided to make a strawberry, chocolate and vanilla cookie and sandwich that around our vegan buttercream creating our Neapolitan cookie sandwich!
