If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery) of your concern and return your dessert to us. We will give you a refund or credit for the amount returned for use toward a future purchase. All refunds will be provided in the original payment method used or as in-store credit. 

All refunds are subject to manager approval.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (up to three business days) .
